Short version: we collect what we need to call you back and run your service, we do not sell it, and you can have it deleted.

What we collect
- Information you give us on a form: your name, business name, phone number, email address, industry, and anything you type in the notes field.
- Your consent record: whether you checked the SMS consent box, the exact wording shown to you, and when.
- Basic technical information: the page you submitted from and your browser user agent, which we keep with the lead so we know where it came from.
- If you become a client: the contacts, conversations, call recordings, transcripts, and appointment data that flow through the service we run for you.
Why we collect it
- To call or text you back about your inquiry.
- To provide, configure, and support the service you bought.
- To keep a record that you consented to be contacted, which the law requires.
- To bill you, if you are a client.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent or trade contact lists. We do not use your client data to market to your customers on our own behalf.
Who we share it with
Only service providers that make the product work — communications and messaging infrastructure, email delivery, hosting, and payment processing — and only the data each of them needs. They are bound by contract to use it for that purpose only. We also disclose information where the law actually requires it.
Client data belongs to the client
If you are a client, the contacts, conversations, recordings, and transcripts in your account are yours. Ask for an export and we will send it. Ask us to delete your account and we will, subject to any records we are legally required to keep for tax and billing purposes.
Health information
For dental and medical clients, we configure the system to hold appointment logistics only — names, contact details, and appointment times. We do not put clinical details into it, and we put that limitation in writing in the client agreement.
How long we keep things
Lead records: up to 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted. Client data: for the life of the account plus 90 days, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Consent records: retained as long as we are required to be able to evidence consent.

- Email hello@vantaroai.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses only what it needs to function. If we add analytics we will name the provider here and what it collects before turning it on.
Children
This is a service sold to businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes that affect existing clients get an email.
